CLAUDIO FIORENTINI

BIOGRAFIA

Claudio Fiorentini is a poet, a novelist and a painter. He has publishes the poetry books "Da comunque Uomo", "Incauta magia del mentre", "Grido", "Sinfonia" and "I colori dell'iride", the collection of  Pasquinate "Riflessioni sulla storia recente" (using the name "Anonimo Monteverdino", the short tales collection "Piricotinali col ruspetto" and the novels "Ovvero, le porte del mare", "Io parlo Jazz", "Il faro di Bighlise", "La stella e la sua luce", "Il misterioso caso di Via Delia da Gilal-Gulta", "Captaloona", "Fermata del bus", "Concerto a Vanagloria" and "Torri di pietra".Some of his works are published on antologies, some of his novels have been adapted for theatre and with some poetry works he has experimented improvisations and jam sessions with music and painting. He has translated several hispanic poets and he collaborates with independent publishers and cultural magazines: Together with the poet and philosopher Franco Campegiani he wrote the cultural manifesto "Il Bandolo". Among all of the prizes he won, the most significant is the “Spoleto Festival Art” of 2014, which has been given to him as a recognition for his cultural promotion activity.
